The University will accept and recognize USMLE score reports and transcripts only if they are received directly from the Federation of State Medical Boards (FSMB) or the official USMLE reporting entity. Score reports or transcripts submitted by students, third parties, or obtained from unofficial sources will not be accepted for academic or administrative purposes.
Following completion of USMLE Step 1 and USMLE Step 2 CK, students must order an official USMLE transcript through the FSMB and request that it be sent directly to the Office of the Registrar at registrar@xusom.com. In addition, students must notify the Office of the Registrar within two (2) weeks of each USMLE examination administration that they have completed the examination.
Failure to ensure timely submission of official USMLE transcripts and notification to the Registrar may result in delays in graduation, degree conferral, or other academic administrative processes.
